Shipping rates & delivery estimates
To USA:
We offer free ground shipping for all orders to 48 contiguous United States. We charge a flat rate shipping fee for orders to Alaska and Hawaii.
Faster shipping is available and will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
To Other Countries:
Shipping may take 5-15 days, that depends on distance and local shipping agency. And it will be affected by some uncontrollable factors, like weather or some grand events.
*Due to mandatory extra precautionary measures to protect fulfillment employees, delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipping processing time：
Once your order is placed, our products will typically ship out from our fulfillment center within 1~3 business days. We ship on Monday to Friday, weekend orders will ship on Monday. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package as it makes its way to you.
Please keep in mind that the carriers may experience delays caused by COVID-19. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
We will do our best to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes：
There is no customs or taxes be charged for US customers. For other countries, the customs and taxes may be charged by the destination countries (according to local tariff policy), and be paid by customers.
