How long does shipping usually take?
Shipping from US usually takes 1-3 business days, shipping from other warehouse may take 5-15 days. We ship on Monday to Friday, weekend orders will ship on Monday. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package as it makes its way to you.
Where do you ship?
We can ship to USA, Most European Countries, Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia, South America, and some zones of The Middle East, and also South Africa; we can also ship to some remote islands, but that depends on the logstics.
Can I choose fast express shipping?
We provide international standard shipping and fast express shipping 2 methods. To US the express fast shipping is free and will just take 1-5 days; to other countries, you can choose any one of two, the international standard shipping is free, the fast express shipping needs extra cost, you will be charged for the fast express shipping about 8-12 US dollars.
What should I do when I receive wrong or damaged items?
For donama customers or fans who receive wrong or damaged items, please take a photo or short video of the items and package you received; then send us email with your order number or the screenshot of your order invoice to donama@hotmail.com . We will check that soon and then give you a satisfying solution!
Can donama pillows be used as medical rehabilitation to treat my neck pain?
Donama Pillows cannot be used to treat cervical spondylosis. If you want to use it for medical rehabilitation, please consult a professional doctor and decide whether to buy it according to the doctor's recommendation.
Why the pillow I received from you has a smell?
Sometimes the pillow may have a slight smell it the first few days after you open the package, please ventilate for 3-5 days.
